Entry is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine laws on tobacco and vaping products. Valid government-issued ID may be required upon entry. MMC reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot verify their age.
Lounge Use:
MMC Vape Lounge provides a space for customers to relax, vape, and enjoy our products in a comfortable, community-friendly environment. Guests are expected to be mindful of others sharing the space at all times.
Product Purchases:
All sales are final unless a product is found to be defective upon purchase. MMC is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of any purchased product. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Code of Conduct:
All guests must treat staff and fellow customers with respect. You must not engage in any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others. MMC reserves the right to remove anyone who violates this policy without prior warning.
You warrant and represent that:
You are entering the lounge voluntarily and are of legal age to do so;
You will not engage in any unlawful, indecent, or inappropriate activity on the premises;
You will not solicit or promote any outside business or commercial activity within the lounge.
Health Disclaimer:
Vaping involves nicotine and other substances that may be harmful to your health. By entering the lounge, you acknowledge that you vape entirely at your own risk. MMC is not liable for any health-related issues arising from the use of vaping products on the premises.
Liability:
MMC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises. We do not guarantee that all information provided by staff or on any materials is complete or accurate at all times.
Reservation of Rights:
MMC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use our lounge and services, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MMC excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our lounge and its services. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
Limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
Limit any liabilities in any way not permitted under applicable law;
Exclude any liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
